Ingredients
- 1 c. flour
- 1-1/2 c. milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 T. sugar
- 1 t. melted butter
- 1/4 t. salt
Directions
Combine flour, milk, eggs, and butter. Add salt. Heat a lightly greased 6-inch skillet; remove from heat. Add enough batter to coat the pan. Tilt skillet to spread evenly across the skillet. Return to heat; brown on one side only. Flip crepe to brown other side of the crepe.
