Honeyed Chickpeas

Ingredients
- 500 gm (pre-boiled) chickpeas
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/2 onion, cut into cubes
- 2 cloves grated garlic
- 1 red pepper, sliced
- 2 cups vegetable broth
- 3 handfuls of spinach
- 2 tablespoons tahini
- 1 lemon
- Salt
- Pepper
Directions
Saute onion, garlic, and pepper. Saute the preboiled chickpeas. Add stock or water. In a separate bowl mix tahini, lemon, and a bit of the stock. Finish with spinach and dill after the food is sufficiently boiled down.
