Pie Crust

Ingredients
- 300 g all-purpose flour
- 2 sticks of unsalted butter, chilled
- 1 c. ice water
- 1 t. salt
Directions
Mix together the dry ingredients. Cube the butter, and smash each cube between your fingers in the flour mixture. Slowly add the ice water and mix until the dough just holds together and isn't too powdery or too wet. Form into two discs and refrigerate.
