Ingredients
- 1 c. loosely packed basil leaves
- 3 T. pine nuts
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1 T. freshly grated parmesan/romano cheese
- 2 T. olive oil
Directions
Chop basil leaves, pine nuts, garlic, and salt in a food processor. Add cheese and olive oil and mix by hand. Add additional salt and olive oil as needed.
